Ms. Annie (director, lead teacher Butterfly Room)
“Hello, my name is Annie Espinoza and I have been at Loving Start since 2018 as a director, and also as a lead teacher in the Butterfly Room. I was born and raised on the southside of Milwaukee. My ethnic background is Mexican, and I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I received my Bilingual Early Childhood Bachelor's degree from UW-Milwaukee. I have been devoted to teaching 4-and 5-year-old kindergarten in the Milwaukee Public Schools for many years and decided to retire early. I have also worked intermittently for more than 20 years as a teacher of religious education at St. Anthony’s Parish.
My family is very important to me, and they are so supportive of what I do. I have three wonderful children: Lucas, René, and Paul. Music, dancing, and art are a few things I really enjoy. My goal is to be able to get to know your child personally and be able to guide and nurture them as best I can.”

Ms. Natalie (assistant teacher Butterfly Room)
"Hello families,
My name is Natalie Eparza and I will be your child’s assistant teacher here at Loving Start Preschool. You can find me helping Miss Annie in the Butterfly room. I am excited to help our little community learn and explore!
My experience working with children stems from my passion for coaching youth soccer. I recently transitioned into the classroom after completing my Psychology Associate's degree and some early childhood education classes at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
Outside of the classroom, I am a full time soccer coach for a few local organizations. I also enjoy puzzles and making art! As a child, one of my favorite things to do was to hop and paint on the rocks down by Lake Michigan and South Shore Park. As a Loving Start Preschool Alumnae, I had some fantastic teachers. This includes the late Miss Martha, she was a loving and supportive influence. And I hope I can give that back to your children in the Butterfly and Panda rooms this year.
The best method of contact for me will be through my email: [email protected]
Sincerely,
Miss Natalie"

Ms. Beth (assistant teacher Butterfly Room)
"Hello! I'm Beth Lund. Over several years I've worked with children in a variety of settings. I started out with babysitting, I've worked in 3 daycares, a nursery and I was a private nanny for one family for several years. I received my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Waukesha County Technical College.
I really enjoy working with children, they are fun, funny, inquisitive and joyful. I also love how each day is different. I'm very much looking forward to watching your children learn and grow throughout the school year!
My husband and I have three children. A daughter in middle school and six year old twins. They keep us very busy! I love family outings such as going to the zoo, going to the beach, going apple picking, as well as kid friendly events in the Village of Downtown Greendale. We also spend a week each summer at a lake house, we love the water! I enjoy a nice night out with my husband, a good cup of coffee as well as a good chocolate truffle."
